Custom Artwork

Commission Angel to create cover art, promotional work, or private projects.

Manga, comic books, storybook illustration. Full color or black and white screentoned. Digital or traditional media.

For special designs, characters, costumes, weaponry, settings and creature

General Terms

By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the terms outlined herein.

Original projects only (no fanart or fan comics).
Commissions are only accepted through the Obsidian Angel Atelier Ko-Fi.
Clients must be 18 years or older to commission the Artist.
Client must provide total payment upfront for projects under $100.
Projects containing NSFW content - such as full nudity, pornography, graphic violence and gore - require an additional charge.
The final artwork will be delivered as a digital file upon receipt of full payment.
Removal of the Artist's signature from the artwork is forbidden.

Client Expectations

Small scale commissions require at least 7-12 days for completion. Larger projects require at least 2-3 weeks for completion.
If the Client requires the Work to be completed by a specific date that is shorter than the standard turnaround time, a rush fee will apply.
Client is expected to provide the Artist with detailed references for characters, costumes, props, and setting.
If there is a lack of reference material, the Artist will fill in the creative gaps according to their own artistic vision.
Finished and properly formatted story scripts are required to be provided by the Client to the Artist for commissions involving comics, webcomics, and storybook illustration.
The Artist guarantees the delivery of high-quality work but cannot guarantee the Client’s subjective satisfaction.
There are NO revisions for projects under $75. Projects over $75 must pay an additional charge for each revision.

Commercial License Agreement

All projects over $75 allow Commercial Use. Projects under $75 require the purchase of Angel's Commercial License.
Commercial Use includes, but is not limited to: publication, merchandise, marketing, advertising, product packaging, etc.
The Client may not sublicense, modify, or resell the Work without prior written consent from the Artist.
The Artist retains all copyrights and moral rights to the Work, including the right to use the artwork in portfolios, exhibitions, and promotional materials.
The Client agrees to credit the Artist in any public use of the Work, where feasible, as follows: "Artwork by Angel."
The Artist reserves the right to revoke the license if the Work is used in a manner deemed harmful, illegal, or in violation of this Agreement.

Confidentiality

Client Information: The Artist will keep all personal and project-related information confidential.
Angel's Portfolio: The Artist reserves the right to display the completed artwork in their portfolio, except in the case that the Client has paid an additional charge for Showcase Withdrawal.

Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are not available once the artwork is completed and delivered.
If the Client cancels the commission before the Artist begins work, a full refund will be issued.
If the Client cancels after work has begun, then a partial refund will be given at the Artist's discretion.
If the Artist cancels the commission, full payment will be refunded.
